The car participated in the Silver State Classic Challenge in Nevada a few times, placing second in the Unlimited class.

I have done some dealings with this guy when he was restoring a 48 Lincoln Convertable Coupe, its been a few years since I talked to him when he was building this firebird, At the time he was running it at the drags and turning low 10s high 9s. it was twin turbocharged then and he was talking about running the Silver State Clasic with it, Glad to see he made it.
