Can POR-15 be put on in cold weather?

I'd like to do some work on my car, but I dont have a heated garage.

Does anyone know if you can use POR-15 in really cold weather, or is there a minimum temp?

If there is a minimum temp, what happens if you use it below that?

I would be just brushing it on.

their web site says 50  to 90* degrees sounds like a good product I may use it on my car
