Doing a VIN search on a '69 Charger??

I know CarFax only goes so far back.. And entering my VIN# in Google turns up a big goose-egg... Is there any way to get a history on a car this age???

with the current laws you have to know someone in the police or dmv industry to get anything, i got lucky and did most of mine back in 94-95 before those laws took effect
