'68 Charger owners, found broadcast sheet, I need some help!

Hey guys,
A Moparts member sent in a broadcast sheet that is in pretty tough shape, some of the letters are faint, there are rips and tears and so on. The goal of course is to try and find who owns the car it matches. Here is what I can see for sure;

SPD is A12, remainder of order number is _59270

VIN is XS29L8B1____3 (Remainder to faint to see and missing paper from rusty spring mark)

If any of you '68 Charger owners have a  SPD of A12, please send me a PM with your VIN, we can figure out the second and third digits in the VIN sequence with some help. If it just happens to match your car let me know that too, there are other codes visible on it, so even with some of the numbers missing, it is still possible to match it to the car.
