I think they are use to cut out keyways, not sure, that why i am asking, were new in box of mopar stuff I bought. Don't know if for metal or wood?

Yeah, George probably made them. The OP should go thru that box again, maybe there are some Cogswell cogs in there too.

Don't look like any milling machine tools I've ever used but I've never claimed to be much of a machinist.

Those are keyway cutters for Woodruff keys.
