I NEED Manual Steer and Manual Break

What would be the best (lock to lock) and highest quality Manual steering rack available on earth (talking lamborghini quality)?

What would be the absolute best manual break system for the stock rear drum front disc charger setup.. or is manual break just breaks without a booster....

To make my new charger manual breaks... do I just get rid of booster and its manual or is there something more to it than that to be done correctly.
