Hey all, googled charger message board and this is what came up.  Just got a 2006 srt-8 maroon 15k miles from carmax.

DAMM this thing is a beast, the pedal just begs to be jammed to the floor.

In the short term just want to do 2 things, grill inserts to make it cooler.  Also i am coming from a 1994 z28 conv with no mufflers so its nice and loud with a sweet grumble.  So by comparision the charger is SO QUIET!  A local shop said for $150 they can remove the muffler and just make it straight out, anyone here done that for cheap sound?  If so does it then sound badass?

Thanks all!   I'll be here for ever as we keep cars for 100k minimum.

Post some pictures.

By the way if you're looking for newer Charger forum action you might want to try this:

I understand it being hard to distinguish this forum being more geared towards the classic Chargers, happens a lot.

Regardless, welcome.

You might find these forums more geared for your LX since there aren't a whole of current members here that own the new Charger.
