V21 hood treatment

I have always liked the look of this on the Charger as one of my cars from way back when had it on the car

So I am thinking about adding it to my car but the big question is

Has it ever been done (can not find any pictures if it has) of the black out on the hood on a car with white interior and white R/T tail stripe

When I get around to repainting my car the right FJ5 colour that it was born with I was also thinking about switching the interior back to the original white and the proper white R/T stripe

Just not sure that it would look right with the black and white on the same car

Having a hard time picturing it myself.  I don't know, I like it too but I think if it were my car I would leave it off.

Fixing the tail stripe will do wonders for the car. I'd concentrate on that first.

Although a 69 and a little custom doesn't Bill's 69 have a white interior?

Maybe white with the 440 call out in black ?

someone here has a green one with black v21 and white 440 callouts on it, just search v21 and you'll probably find pics of it.  Don't know if its a 70 or not though, think its a 69 so the v21 would be a different pattern than the 70 has.

Not sure if the OP's car is supposed to have a vinyl top? 
Ironically I have this diecast in my collection (given to me by Jackie). OK, so it's not a '70, and the V21 isn't exactly correct, but it will give you an idea. I don't think it would look bad.
