Just did front suspension rebuild. 90 k miles only the LCA bushing were worn . i did replace balljoints and bushing with Moog parts .

Tie rods appear tight . Have been greased alot. Replaced idler arm. Sleaves can be turned.

Anyone ever have a sleave pull apart or a tie rod break while driving?

I have never had a Mopar steering failure.

Going to have an alignment done next week. If I am going to replace more parts ,this would be a good time.

The parts that are on there are certainly proven

Opinions please?

Never broke a mopar suspension piece in normal driving. I've had to hit them off whalls, cars, or crubs to break them.

The split sleeves could deflect a slight amount under extreme loading. If you want to firm them up, replace them with solid sleeves.
