I read on some websites that Vic Edelbrock's company was in trouble with the banks and might go out of business.  Anybody heard anything about this or is it just some kind of rumor?  Holly Carb was mentioned too.

Ive heard talk about holley at some major autoparts stores, but have not heard anything about edelbrock yet.
