Trying to find the back spacing on my STOCK 1973 SE charger, anybody know?

Looking at a pair of wheels that are 15x7 with 4.00 back spacing, (giving a 0 inch  off set).  That is factoring the wheels true width to be 8 inches, since the "7" from the "15x7" is measured bead to bead, not factoring in the flange.  Will these fit?

Am I calculating correctly?
