Everything listed on the tag is on Andy's site exdept for tire code 33 which means 7.35x14 WW.

Looks like it was built at the St. Louis plant.
Seeking information on '69 St. Louis plant VINs, SPDs and VONs. Buld sheets and tag pictures appreciated. Over 3,000 on file thanks to people like you.

I a am new here, and in the process of researching and (hopefully) buying a 68 Charger within the next year (need to save up some cash).  I am really interested in understanding fender tag decoding, and decided to give this one a shot.  So I think you should have someone double check my work.   Here is my decode: 

CAR: Dodge Charger 2 Door Sports Hardtop
ENGINE: 318cid 2-bbl V8
TRANSMISSION: 3-Speed Automatic
TIRES: 7.35x14
BUILD DATE: June 12.
AXLE: 2.76 Rear Axle Ratio
INTERIOR: Charger Trim Grade, Vinyl Bucket Seats. Light Blue Interior.
PAINT: Monotone White Paint.
OTHER: Light Blue Metallic Upper Door Frame Color.

MOLDINGS:
25: Drip Rail Mouldings
30: Body Belt Mouldings
78: Wheel Lip Mouldings

ABC OPTIONS:
A1: 26in Radiator
R1: AM Radio
S1: Air Conditioning
X1: Tinted Glass (all)

abc OPTIONS:
a5: Center Front Seat
b4: Bucket Seats

The latest 68 STL car I've seen so far is 710 but it probably went longer. I've seen 717 from Lynch Road and LA.
