According to the ad, the pics are two weeks old. If you look at the date in the pic. It is 2001, so a good guess would be eight years old.

Not sure how old the ad is :shruggy:

At that price its going to be rotting for a long time... Lets see, No motor, trans, front fenders, grill, lower valence, wrong rear end, quarter panels, no front or back windows, probably needs new floors with no windows, I could go on and on... The resto price plus the original price even with the motor and trans numbers matching(oh what a dream) wouldn't be under the value.

Oh yeah, there's a 68 or 69 original Hemi Charger from back in the Ct dragway days parked in a garage near me. Hubby and wife divorced, neither will sell.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

I saw that earlier.. Too bad I didn't have another Hemi........ I have a complete '69 front clip to slide unto that thing.................   :'(

I was led to believe the autos could have come with an 8 3/4    :shruggy:        or was that a 68 only thing ?

You're correct Alex, the Hemi could have an 8.75 in 69 if you ordered an automatic.

mally69

i dont know if i believe that being a hemi car, i was looking where the tail panel emblem should be at and from the looks of the rusted spot it looks like it had the charger with an arrow there instead of an R/T emblem take a look at that pic. As for the 8 3/4 in a hemi car i know a guy that has a 68 hemi GTX that has an auto and it has an 8 3/4 so  :shruggy:  who knows

Yeah the original Hemi engine is long gone, way to much money for that.
