440 losing fuel pressure????

Fresh build 440,ran it for a couple of days no problems. ON Saturday shut her down and would not start after that. I removed the fuel line from the carb. and no fuel, used an air line to blow back through the line it was all good, in doing this i got fuel to come back up to the carb. Cranked it over and squirting lots of fuel into a bottle i had the fuel line into. Hooked it back up and it ran for about 20 mins and lost it again? any ideas?

Everything is new.
Hemi fuel pump
new 3/8 fuel lines with 1/4 return
New tank and sending unit
New Holley 770 Carb.

Hey Eldon!! I guess you're getting near done!?!
Sounds like maybe a vent issue, causing an airlock in your tank...
