74 charger 3spd wiper motor removal

hi - does anybody have instructions on how to remove a 74 charger variable 3spd wiper motor??  i would like to get it refurbished but not sure how to remove it.  thanks for any help.

remove the cowl grille, will get access to the nut what holds the wiper crank to the motor shaft( 3/8" or 7/16" can't remember right now ), crank and linkage will remain on car, and remove the nuts from firewall studs, VOILA!!! Motor ready to be pulled out
