Need help identifying correct colors on some parts for my early 69

I think i have most stuff covered now, but a couple more bits came up that im not sure of.

The front license plate holder. was this painted, or plated. Mine is totally covered in rust so i have no idea!

also, the battery tray and support brackets. I thought these were 30 degree black, but have seen some in body color. Which is correct?

I take it then that the battery tray was fitted prior to painting on the production line?
