Very good,  :2thumbs:.  What are you going to do about that cracked windshield?  I've got to get one but I'm not sure where.

What rear end ratio are you running.  It sounds like if you wanted to go very far on the interstate that you would need an overdrive.  I've been wrestling with this thought for a while.  I am putting a 3.55 in my 69 with 440 4-speed.  And I am starting to think that I may need to bite the bullet and get a Gearvendors unit even though the cost is $$$.
You engine sounds great.

I have the same set up as you and I turned 3200 rpm at 70. I bought a 1970 A-833 overdrive that had been totally rebuilt by a friend of mine for $500 and it works great. It took all of 30 mins. to install. PM me if you want one.

i run 4.30's on a 28 inch tall tire. i cruise 50-60 mph comfortably. 70mph cruises would be a bit much.
thanks for the compliments guys!

c00nhunterjoe

thanks, would you beleive me if i told you it was basicly stock?

BROCK

I liked how the cameraman had trouble staying level.

As for gear ratios:  3.55 is awesome with a warmed over 440.  It's the
best of both worlds between hiway cruising & off the line.
