Lowering the rear of my 69 Charger by flipping front hanger mounts, how much?

I am looking at lowering the rear of my 69 Charger about 1", how much will it lower the rearend by just flipping the front spring hanger? I know I have read it many of times but I can't remember and I did some searching but didn't find what I was looking for?

My understanding is the holes would not align correctly someone did take pics here (to show this),   lowering blocks are not that spendy have you though of just doing that?

I just did it this week on my ´66 Belvedere. It works. No problem.
