All right here's the deal I've got a '67 Dart and out of it is a '68 904 that was bolted up to a slant six.  Definitely doing away with the slant and going for a 340 or a 360..Built.  Anyone on here or know anyone running a beefed up 904 in a Dart drag racing?  Or should I just go ahead and get a 727 and be done with it?  By the way I'll be running with stock framerails and no roll cage.  Thanks in advance guys!!

You'll of course need a new 904, since the slant six has its own bolt pattern...

With a small block why not run the newer tranny and have the extra gear?
