Good goin Khryon!
Welcome to the club! maybe we will need a new section here for motorhomes, sorry,.. only 440s allowed..  :D
had to swap out a starter on mine this past tuesday so i just crawled up under there and did it,.. no lift needed...  :icon_smile_wink:

I'd like to see alot more detailed pictures when you can manage it...

hehe nice :) I had to rewire mine last night from a little mishap bringing her home, but it was great, no lift, just crawled under LOL. I think it will be the easiest 440 Spark plug change ever heheh.

I'll have some detailed pics very soon for you :)

I'd have to incorporate the phone sign into the new door & maybe even put an old phone inside for a conversation piece.

That RV is in great shape, was in garage kept? I've looked at quite a few motor homes & travel trailers over the years that were a lot newer than yours & completely trashed.

One thing you may want to stay on top of is that front window in the bunk over the cab. They seem to be a common problem area on lots of older rigs with fiberglass construction. The seals dry out & leak, then you end up with water damage & mildew pretty quick.

hehe you know, now that you say that I may have too keep it hehehe

the motorhome was down south ... I would assume all it's life, it has expired Florida's registration stickers on it, The people I bought it from just came up from Tennessee, I should do some tracking on it to see it's story. But yes, The bottom is in great shape, very little spots on it that would cause me alarm as far as rust, the frame is quite exquisite for something that old, wish the chargers was that clean when I bought it hehehe

That's good info about the bunk window. I should just take it out and reseal it to be safe. I'm planning on cleaning the roof, removing all the sealers and redoing it all for piece of mind :)
