Myself and FLG are from Queens and Brooklyn respectively, and we are going.
Where in Long Island?
I'd rather die than go to heaven.

i am located in suffolk county - smithtown area - have not reserved a hotel yet - not sure if there are any hotel rooms left - would like to catch a ride with someone - of course would pay for gas.

I'm in Flushing, Queens and I'm thinking about going. I have never been there so I don't know if I can just show up and pay at the gate or do I have to order tickets first. I don't plan on driving the Charger there just because i don't think it can take the trip. As for the rooms I don't mind staying 5-10 miles out away from the show.

I plan on being there for Saturday.  I'll most likely drive a little farther south Friday and visit my parents in Centreville, Va.  then hit the road early Saturday morning, spend some of the day in Carlisle meeting some of you nice folks , then be back home early AM Sunday.  Good thing I like to drive.  Don't even think about going to the bathroom when I'm going somewhere.
Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Troy

Anyone looking for rooms we have a group rate and I believe there are rooms still available.

Hey Mike, is Pete taking Overcharged? Is that what you mean by both or Mr Angry and Angrier?

To really top it off you should have added this at the end Pete :slap:
Chris' '69 Charger R/T

I have a (free) place to stay about a mile off-site, so I'm toying with the idea of making a long weekend out of it.. I was talking to FLG last night about it and it really got me thinking...  Car or no car it'd be fun.

rarefish

I will be going, but this year I will be leaving the Charger home. I will be driving down my 64 Belvedere station wagon..... :coolgleamA:
