Aperfromance / Zoomers Exhaust Systems

I need your guys opinion.
I ordered a Zoomers exhaust system in January for my 09 SRT8, my self and hundreds others received the system without the promised exhaust tips. Since then Zoomers / Aperformance is giving us the run around, no refund and excuses after excuses. I bought the system due to the adverising of Aperformance at the challengerforumz.
Hundreds of posts abot this dilemma have been posted (see link below).
The admin is NOT doing anything since Aperformance is a sponsor, they even ban us for writing a post which only states the facts in a polite way.
So much for freedom of speech, the admin of Challenerforumz covers a really bad behavior of a sponsoring merchant.
I want to make sure that nobody gets tricked like we did and warn others from this company.

What is your opinion ?
