This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Looks to me like its the front shoulder harnesses just hanging down.
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

Rear shoulder belts attach to the package tray, they'd be easy to spot.  Still a gorgeous car though.

OOOoops on the belts.  :P  I love the color and white top but the black stripe is odd to me for those colors.

Thought that's what I was going to have to do.  Prices have really dropped the last 6 months, and there are a lot more great cars on the market.  Plenty of alternatives out there now, and not so much money any more.

Ouch.  I paid about that for my R/T SE 4-speed all done (except I had to re-do a few things, and do more detailing).

The car has been on E-Bay a few times over the past month.  He has not had one bid on it ever. 

$42,000.00 and reserve not met, he is dreamin.  May be two or three years ago.
