That is correct. 6,669 were automatics and 271 were 4spds.

I'll have to look around....the car ended up going to the bone yard...the entire floor was rotted out.  :flame: I had nowhere to store it and I had the 71 at the time. I sure wish I had hung on to it but couldn't at the time. It had power everything,A/C, cloth seats (salt and pepper) and console. What a great car!

I JUST junked a 73 S/E with a 400 hp. It had buckets,console,tach,323 sure grip,sway bars,dual cut out rear valance, driver and pass side mirrors,rear window defog,cruise control, full vinyl top and disc brakes. :D

get a '73 body, power bulge hood, hideaway lights from a '71-72 and back lights and 73-74s are made even better than they already are. they don't have the funny back window!

I go back & forth on this one...I definitely don't like the earlier style SE window, but of course I don't like the 73-74 SE window louvers either. 
Now I just have to decide whether or not to keep the lower window mouldings... :shruggy:

Yep RD....I've been very lucky when it comes to the Chargers I've owned....I have had the luck of owning quite a few holy grails.....I just wish I could have kept them all.
