69 charger front side window

Hi Guy's I had to swap out a window glass on the car and now i can't seem to line it up with the rear side glass, It seems to be out at the top with both windows closed  can you tell me how to adjust the glass. The rear glass seems to be in-line with the roof drip rail rubber, so it must be the front glass yes

there is a hole at the bottom rear of the door.  Inside that hold is an adjustment to the rear run channel.  This allows you to adjust the angle of the rear glass.  You will also need to loosen the upper nut.  The FSM also has great advise on how to adjust these.
