I don't know, but for a drag racing fanatic he sure drove slower than Hell!! I didn't read his "back off I suffer from road rage" warning until I was a bit close

He looks like the standard goober head.   We have a guy like this in town. He had return air vents for your home  cut in on his hood of his van. Poor mans cowl induction! The cb antenna and the lights give him authority! All the stickers just make him look stupid.

I conclude

1- He has been suffering from the latter part of this saying most of his life.

2- He's never experienced either one of these things.   (the sticker says "remember when sex was safe and racing was dangerous")

That was my thought. If he coulda found a bigger "Dale Earnheart Lives" decal it would have taken center stage. Nice spacing though, looks like he spent an afternoon laying out the decal placement....a sign he needs to get a life.
