I know Keisler is the most common aftermarket swap for our cars but that is just out of my price range.

Im looking to switch my car from an Automatic to a Manual and do not really need a 5 speed so I will settle for a good 4 speed swap (if I can do it and source the parts on my own).

I was curious if someone could point me in the right direction (another thread perhaps?) or give me a rundown of the materials associated with a swap from scratch and maybe where to get the parts.
I know Lakewood and Quicktime are a good start for a T-5 swap mustang swap which I would also not mind doing if I could keep the costs down.

Thanks for all your help.
