Is not a gasket, is one of the BUMPER FILLERs all 73/74 owners are acclaimed to be reproduced. There is a guy what was offering on ebay that specific section reproed by himself I think... Didn't look really bad on pics, but who knows.

Im almost positive I have one at my yard. I will be there next Saturday and see if its on the car. I know these are rare and hard to find so It's $85+ 15 s/h. If your interested let me know. If you want to you could always notch where the bumper bolts up, push it in more an loose the filler all around. IMO looks alot cleaner.
