I tried to search but would anyone have an approximate total for all the parts required to clone a daytona?

With good parts, steel where available, around 10K. With original style premium parts, around 14K.

make sure you realize that that 14K is just taking the lid off the can of worms.

You will  then need to paint the car and that always leads to a bigger chunk of resources than expected.
