There is a thread on that a couple weeks ago. Looks like he lowered the price. It was over 10K last time....I think.

When those things were still cheap, I've heard sharp restorers sometimes raided them for parts.

It's a whole dashboard & seat & steering wheel from Mopar's muscle-era parts bin.  It's stuff that's all been used pretty lightly compared to a real car.  And everything has been living entirely indoors since birth.

We had a long trailer beside our High School (Balboa) filled with those things - mostly Automatics though,..
and in Autoshop we worked on retired Calif. Hwy. Patrol Cars, mostly late '60s Polaras and Monacos they all had HP 440s... at that exact same time my mom bought a '66 Dodge 880 Custom (a 383) which I inherited after her death in '78... so I guess it's no wonder i am firmly in the MOPAR camp... it was also at that time when i was a senior in H.S. that I begged and pleaded to mom to help me buy the '67 charger down the street, it was a dark green 'n white interior car, in perfect shape for alittle over $2K...
But, it was the days of the '70's gas crisis and a recession I was only making $30-60 per week part time so that never came to pass...
That trailer BTW is still sitting beside my old H.S. and I wonder if the driver trainers are still within..  :scratchchin:
  :shruggy:
funny they would use the deluxe steering wheels...
