Dayum, I ordered 2 lower quarter panels and a floor section for the Charger.
(yes I want a 100% rust free car so I'll be replacing some metal)
The shop sent it out the same day with UPS.
Now 3 days later (ok we had 1 holiday) no parts received.
I called the shop and he confimed the exact address where it needed to be shiped. (to the funeral business where I work)
so here's the joke: it is actually been delivered , the day after, but to an unknown person who signed for it.

Man, what didn't they understand, there is only 1 funeral business on that street, everybody in the neighborhood knows the shop, we're open 24/24h, .. Jeez  :flame:

I have never had a good experience with UPS. FedEx and even USPS have proven themselves many times to be vastly superior than UPS. If a shipper only uses UPS, I will find another vendor rather than go through those headaches. Sorry for your pain, but it is an all too common thing with them.

UPS ruined my NOS trunk damn trim strip and never paid out even though it had $600 of insurance.
