Installed a 518 trans in my 73 Charger this week. Got a  break in the weather today and went for a drive. Speedometer not hooked up yet, need a longer cable. Cruising at 3000rpm, which was 70mph before,I fliped the O/D and lockup switches. RPM's dropped to 2000 rpm.  :2thumbs:

Ultrabell fit the 440 fine. had to clearence the mini starter a little. Few bugs to work out , kickdown linkage,move the trans. temp. sensor.
