Upgrading front disc brakes

I would like to know what can be done to upgrade the front power disc brakes on a 68 Charger. Do you usually go for aftermarked rotors and calipers or will the old parts be fine after a rebuild- with new pads and maybe replacement rotors? The car stops pretty good and doesn't pull when breaking but the parts are old and need some work to look good and keep working.  Car has new hemi-style booster. I will be running 15" rims.
To make it short: Would factory front discs hold up for some spiritual driving when rebuilt? If aftermarked brakes with cross drilled rotors don't make any differense as long as you don't really road race the car I can't see any reason to not go with the factory brakes.

I am not sure if the car is a true disc brake car but it has disc knucles and factory style rotors. The calipers seems to come from a different vehicle as when I got the car the left and righ were mixed so the niples were pointing down (kind of hard to bleed...). To change them from one side to the other I had to grind off a little piece of both as it was interfering with the knucles. They are mopar calipers but do you have any ideas what vehicle they might belong to?
maybe somebody can you identify the knucles and calipers from the numbers on them? Any help will be appreciated! Thanks.
