70 charger chrome tailight surround piece

how much does the chrome/stainless? piece that surrounds both tailights on a 70 charger go for in good, but not rechromed condition?
are these repopped? how much are they repopped?

Are you sure you mean a '70 Charger? I ask because that piece on the '70 is actually made of aluminum.

   And there were 3 kinds...Charger...Charger 500...Charger R/T. The Charger panel had big letters & it was centered. The Charger 500 panel & the R/T panels are similar in that they both have a small lettered Charger offset to the left with the 500 or R/T to the right. Hint hint, a 500 panel can be easily converted to an R/T panel. I say this because a nice R/T panel is only a Bizillion dollars & a nice 500 panel is only a couple of million bucks.

Maybe he means the chrome trim on the lens itself.  All '69's had it and didn't some 70's get it as well?

Base 70's got it (the ones without the huge black panel that had Charger R/T or 500 on it).
