I'm in South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150. Does anyone know if there any cool Mopar junkyards within relatively short driving distance that would be worth checking out?

I've never heard of any around there.  I think there's some places down in the Carson City area, but nothing Mopar specific.   Bob

first off I hate you for living there....

There is a 68 Charger chilling at the gas station at the fork in the road by camp richardson....     been there for years - in gray primer...

There are one or two pick-your-part type places outside of carson city...    I always see one on my way out to Virginia City - have never stopped though

I think he is just visiting. If not then I'll second that. Spent many summers at Camp Richardson. Tahoe is not really the best locale to find junkyards..you probably would need to go down into Carson City, Nevada. Now if you are ever near Spaulding (next to Eagle Lake, N. California) there is a '69 Charger just sitting there, half covered with a tarp. I'll get photos in Aug when I go camping...you hear that, Cody?

Right on guys! Obviously I found the car Rolling Thunder was talking about! http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,55274.0.html. I must make note though that yesterday and the day before it was not there out front so it must at least run.

Yeah, I definitely don't live here. My parents wanted to come for some skiing and I decided to tag along for the change of scenery. Really, I'm pretty far from home (S. Arkansas) but I'm digging it here.
