360 torque converter question

I bought a 518 trans. Out of a 94 van 5.9L .  It has one large weight on the converter.

Are 360 engines internally balanced like steelcrank RB engines?

Converter measures 11 inches. What range stall speed?

Would a street build 446 kill it?

If the converter a weight welded on it chances are the engine is externally balanced. 

I would buy a good quality aftermarket converter....this is not an area where you want to skimp. 

PTC, Dynamic or Turbo action all make nice durable and reliable converters that will take some abuse and perform well.
