I've searched several times with no luck and finally I gave up thinking I'd eventually have to make one (I only need one). Anyone have any idea where to get them?

I have a few extra. Send me a PM.
An easy fix is to use a slightly longer sheetmetal screw & a speed nut on the other side. I've had to do that before.
