1970 Charger 150 mph Speedometer - 2984974 Rallye Gauges

Looking for a closeup picture of the 1970 Charger 150 mph Rallye speedo, item # 2984974. Restoration guide says it is different than 1968-69 models with part # 2857163. Trying to find out what the differences are. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hmmmm...I wouldn't think there was a visible difference in the face only because Performance Car Graphics only makes one decal set for 68-70

Maybe internally they're different or just a superseded part # for '70?

The thing that urged me to ask was a statement in the Restoration Guide by Paul Herd (Motorbooks Workshop Series) on page 225 that in 1970 the gauge was slightly redesigned and will not interchange with earlier models. The book states that this is due to the fact that in 1970, the gauge face no longer supported the high beams indicator light. Is this a correct statement?

thats one of the reasons the interchange catalog and restoraion guide S***S... when I read it, simply closed and forgott it does exist.

BTW, if not anymore the high beams there... then where ?
