Man, why wasn't that place avaible when I lived like 10 minutes south of where they are.     That is pretty impressive times for that car.  Doesn't suprise me that the track in tucson wimped out and wouldn't let them run more.  As far as I can tell, that car is perfectly legal for most tracks running those kind of times, unless the rules have changed.
