Does anyone know what size bolt and u or j nut was used to attach the grille frame to the fenders?  Pictures would also be helpful.  I am trying to get everything ready for reassembly, and am realizing I didn't take as many pictures as I should have.  I also am missing a lot of the bolts from original.  thanks for all the help.

wich attachment point are you refering to? There are a few areas on each fender that the grill gets bolted two.

I believe that is to mount the grille to the frame, but I am looking to mount the grille frame, the metal part, to the body.  It appears to be larger, but mine were missing or various sizes so I don't have anything to go off of.

68 & 69 Upper grille cross bar to fender mounting bolts: 1/4 - 20  C .65" lg. hex head SEMS bolts with paint cutter and pilot point. Phosphate finish grade 5.

I bought the reference guide from http://mmcdetroit.com/Market_Place/

Fantastic resource. There's a link on that site to a place where you can buy the fasteners.
I had a hard time finding specific parts on the site, but just call them with your fastener needs. It'll probably save you a ton of time.
