hey i bought the SSBC force 10 disc brake kit for the front and rear for my 68 charger. the guy said it don't come with the brake line that go's from the front to the rear of the car. is there anything else that you need to buy before installing the kit?also i want to eliminate the foot e brake and install a hand e brake in the center of the car by the shifter  has anyone done this?would  it be a easy swap? if you have this brake kit what do you think of it? any tips or advise on it would be appreciated.

what's the but about? i been hearing that the master cylinder that comes with the kit will need to be replaced with a smaller bore one. do you need to buy the brake line that go's from the front of the car to the rear?

Chryco Psycho

if you already have a brake line front to rear just adapt it to work assuming it is in good shape , a smaller bore master gives better feel to the system but more pedal travel as well
Locar makes a simple hand brake kit
the SSBC rear disc kit I installed was an easy swap

thats what i m going to try, the smaller bore master next.i ll let you know what happens

gordo keep me posted. Chryco does the locar hand brake work on this system if mounted in the center by the shifter? i'd like to replace my brake line and get a new one so my whole system is new.

jkust did a center mount in a Cuda with Wilwood rears , no issues

anyone know what size brake line i will need to get for this setup? the only brake line they said i need  is the one that runs from the front of the car to the rear.just need to know what size i need so i can buy one awhile.

fitted  the new master and booster, works a lot better, might need to rebleed the system and/or adjust the pushrod to take up some of the excess travel.
