Hello,

I am having a heck of time trying to figure out which is the correct clip for the rear window trim.  Does anyone know if the front window trim clips are the same as the rear window trim clips?  My front trim is seating properly and not poppin off the clips but my rear trim especially around the top radius keeps poppin off the clips.  The local glass company that installed my front and rear windows can't even get the clips to work in the back.  IMO the glass guy did not install the back window properly,  I think the glass is standing too tall off the car not allowing the clips to work properly.  What do you guys think?

Thanks for your help!!

Hey Eric,

The glass should be 1/4" below the edge of the window channel. The trim clips are the same as the front except for two which are located at the bottom of the glass channel.
These two are your spacer clips to center the glass in the channel. They are located about 2 studs in from the outer edge of the channel.  See the pics below. I was able to salvage these off my car and replace the metal clip. No fastener shop that I know of have these in their stock of nos or reproduction clips.
The front glass has the same depth but it uses 2 spacer blocks instead of spacer clips.

I simply used same front spacer blocks on rear
Venezuelan RT 74 400 4bbl, 727, 8.75 3.23 open. Now stroked with 440 crank and 3.55 SG. Here is the History and how is actually: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,7603.0/all.html

I got a few of the green clips and that seemed to have solved my problem.  Thanks Mike!!!

Thanks Nacho for your input.
