Yeah, probably, but me as the stupid foreigner has no idea what it is... I looked it up online, but I still don't seem to get the concept. It's like a fair where people show different kind of trades? But what would someone do to contest in the county born & raised class?

We have what's called a 4H club for kids where you raise an animal (cow, chickens, pig, etc) and then put it in something like a "beauty contest" lol. You win ribbons on first place for whatever class (different classes can be for largest size, just the type of animal, etc). After the contest is done then you auction the animal off (usually to a butcher). You can make decent spending money doing it if you dont mind looking after the animal lol.

County born and raised means it was bred in the county of my fair. Most steers now come from larger farms out west. :icon_smile_dissapprove:
