Far as I know it varies alot, anywhere from $500 to $5,000  LEON.

I had my 69 media blasted.  I disassembled the car completely, mounted it on a rotisserie and dropped it off in the morning.  They did the complete cab section inside and out, both doors, fenders, grille support, and K frame for $750.  They charged $125 per hour.
I would opt not to have it dipped.  If it;s not totally rinsed and clean once dipped, you will have paint issues down the road because the acid will continue to weep out long after it's been painted.  I'd rather deal with a little left over sand that acid ruining a paint job.
