I'd say unless you have personally been had by this guy and it's still an unresolved issue, I'd just sit back and learn from it. I don't believe it's right for all to jump in on. Let the ones who have issues with him, deal with him. If they need our help then they know they can ask for it. I'm sure he will be told that many are aware of his dealing practices on this website before too long (if he already isn't aware).  I believe all of us here are adults.

Maybe so but I think they should stop him from selling his crap on here if he is a scammer.

I totally agree with what you say, but I believe only those having the issues with this guy can by rights file a complaint with the moderators or administrator of this site. I'm glad these type of guys are being sought out and called on their deceptive business practices. The proposed plan on this site is that we all help each other out, but guys like this are only out for their own personal gain with no regard for anyone else. I personally feel with all the issues that have been raised over his deceptive business practices he should not be allowed to advertise at all on this site. Just another way of protecting us all. Maybe guys like this will someday learn that they need to be fair and honest in their dealings with others. I would hope the guys who have had problems will contact the administrator for the site, or a moderator to report these issues to them so they are fully aware.

All I can say is if no one files complaints, then nothing changes! It's that simple.

There have to be enough people with McGahey problems, and HLPAG too for that matter, to justify putting warnings up, don't there?

Exactly,,,,  Wire fraud is a federal crime.  If he took your money over the phone or over the internet and never gave you the good. You can nail his ass to the wall.  You know his address, what he looks like and what his phone number is.  Someone who has been ripped off by this guy needs to call your state AG and get something going to get this guy locked up.

In the words of Colonel Sanders,,,   "I'm too drunk,,, to taste this chicken"

I would suggest turning him in... Did anyone check with the BBB to see if he is legit that way? If he is, tell them about it and everyone else that has had the same dealings with him like that and if that doesn't work, have onebadmopars wife handle it :popcrn:

He tried to scam me. I tried to get high bid on a fender but did'nt get it. So, I emailed him to say if high bidder backs out let me know, I'd still be Interested. A week later he e-mails me to say If I'm still interested in fender it's mine, Send the funds & he'll send me fender. Suspicious I email high bidder to discuss if he backed out of fender. He said NO, said he sent funds a week ago & waiting for fender arrival. SO, This scammer tried to sell same fender to 2 people at once. For all I know this new poster dfcharger 3 post above me could be the same guy I talked to. If so looks like neither of us got a Fender, Only differance is I did not send any Payment, Luckily.
