anyone know the proper ride height for a 69 charger the front end of mine is sitting slightly higher then the rear end whats the average distance form the bottom of the radiator support to the ground ?

Hi I had the same with mine after changing the torsion bars bushes and all the ball joints. I had wound the bolts in way too much so i wound them back out until i had 9 1/2" from the bottom of the rocker panel on the front and 10 1/2" on the rear. :2thumbs: I hope this will help  :2thumbs:

And that was with 235/60/15" tyres, but i now have 275/60/15" and it has a real rake too it now  :icon_smile_big:

Just a little fyi, but the specified ride height is taken by measuring the distance from the floor to the bottom of the torsion bar adjusting blade and from the floor to the bottom of the steering knuckle and then taking the difference between the two measurements.  The difference should be about 1 7/8 give or take an 8th and no more than 1/8 difference from side to side.  If that helps you any.

thanks ghost it does i had them cranked up way to high  got it down to a nice stance now and can send it out now for alignment this week hopefully
