I'll need to buy a new gasket to reinstall my original windshield in my charger, anyone know of good sources for quality pieces?  Price isn't an issue, quality is more important.

Thanks,

I believe there is only one company that makes the gasket and everyone gets it from them.  I tried to find mine in all the junk piled up in the garage that I have bought but couldn't.  And I can't seem to remember who the company was although I don't think they sell direct to the public.

I looked at year one and didn't see it, saw some butyl tape, but that won't do.  I'll try to look again.  There has to be some out there, figured more here would have done it by now.  Searching only tires the fingers so i'll keep looking.

Got mine from Hardens Muscle Car World while at MMW or Nats.

The repro windshield gaskets are made by Precision. Any rubber repro vendor (Metro, Steele, etc), as well as other aftermarket parts vendors should carry this gasket. Just find the best price, they are all the same gasket. I've even seen them pretty cheap on eBay, which is where I got mine.

If you can find an NOS one (I think Year One used to carry them), go for it. The rubber is a little stiffer & you don't get any more correct than a Mopar part. If not, I can vouch that the Precision gasket fit fine for my application.
Good Luck!  :2thumbs:
