How big of a cooler do you need if you use a radiator without an oil cooler?

RD

if it is a stock engine, and you plan on street driving.. you really dont need a trans cooler.  now if you beefed it up, will be doing a lot of highway driving or 1/4 mile burning, then it really matters (still) on what you got... give us all the specs to:

engine, trans, car, weight, gear ratio and we will be able to better assist you.

440 engine .030 over 10.5 cr. eddy heads, rpm intake, lunati 60303 , headers,11 inch stock converter. hope it makes 450 hp.
3.55 a.r. 73 charger street car , may put a/c back on next year if engine stays cool.

took out 318 radiator, bought a 31 x 20 aluminum 2 core radiator from Jegs. no trans. oil cooler
in radiator. shroud, stock steel fan with thermostatic drive
was going to a large B&M trans. cooler and a deep pan with fins on trans.
Will this  be enough?

RD

yeah that will be enough.. more than enough really...  where do you live?  that matters too :D
