put a new set on last january and it  raised the car up 2 inches.lovely.
back end of last year i changed to a dana.now the ride is back to how it was before, really low that the exhaust is rubbing on the kerb when i pull off the drive!
my question is
A:while my car was up in the air on stands it was supported by the body not the axle, could the weight of the dana have sagged the springs or have i put the front perch/mount on upside down? ::)
thanks

There have been reports of the MP springs sagging quickly for some time.  I'd check the front perch first though and eliminate the easy things before the next action.

i ve heard they sag quickly  but within 18 months?car has nt touched 2000miles.
is it possible to put the front perch upside down?
i think its superstock time

My Mopar springs haven't sagged a bit after 7 years.

hmmm.
my perches must be the wrong way.either that or they ve sagged like a granmothers titties :scratchchin:
incidentally if they can be fitted upside down would the hole where the front of the spring fastens be towards the top of the car or at the bottom?

I haven't had a problem with mine, either. They've been on at least 7 years.
BTW, you can't put the front hangers on upside down unless you elongate the holes. The bolt pattern is offset, not symmetrical.

they must have sagged then. :2thumbs:
do nt need an excuse to buy superstock springs now.
if they have sagged no wonder mopar has a bad name, january last year they were fitted.
built to last!NOT.
unless they are sided?i took them down to get powder coated so maybe  i got the sides wrong?

That might be. The right side should have more leaves than the left.
