Welcome to the board cbmkr1 .

6B403819 is the partial VIN of a '76 car built at the Hamtramck plant.

PP833 identifies it as a New Process 4-speed, 5438 is the build date June 17, 1976.

It is an overdrive 833.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

What car would this most likely have been in?? Charger ,Daytona,Fury

resq302

Im guessing probably more something like a van or a truck since they did not make daytonas in 1976.

Since the VIN says it's from the Hamtramck plant it's definitely from a passenger car, you need to find out which cars were built there in '76.....in earlier years Hamtramck was also called the "Dodge main" plant because Dodge A and B bodies were built there.
